We offer multiple annual scholarships to graduating Seniors of Hispanic descent with at least one parent of Hispanic Heritage who is attending a High School within the Rockland and surrounding counties including the New York City area.  Also, those who plan to attend a two (2) or four (4) four-year college and are pursuing a career in Law Enforcement or a related field

Please Note: 

1. All applications received "MUST" include all required documents or the application will "NOT" be processed.  It is the applicant's responsibility to submit a "COMPLETE" application packet before or on the deadline date (TBD)!
2. All applicants must participate at minimum, Two (2) roadside cleanups on any two of the following dates:  TBD 
3. All applicants must attend the annual "Members, Family & Friends Picnic"! This event is where the winning applicants will be presented with a plaque and certificates.
