Congratulations to the 2026 RCHLEO Scholarship Recipients

We offer multiple annual scholarships to graduating Seniors of Hispanic descent with at least one parent of Hispanic Heritage attending a High School within the Rockland and surrounding counties, including the New York City area.  Also, those who plan to attend a two (2) or four (4) year college and are pursuing a career in Law Enforcement or a related field

Please Note: 

1. All applications received "MUST" include all required documents, or they will "NOT" be processed. The applicant must submit a "COMPLETE" application packet before or on the deadline date!
2. All applicants must participate at minimum two (2) roadside cleanups on any two of the following dates: April 11th, June 6th, & Sept. 19th, meeting time of 9 a.m. at 117 South Route 9W, Haverstraw, NY 10927.
3. All applicants must attend the annual "Members, Family & Friends Picnic"! This event will present the winning applicants with a plaque and certificates.
